ROBERTO DRI

Roberto Dri nasce a Venezia. Fin da giovanissimo si interessa alla fotografia e già a 15 anni
lavora alla realizzazione di una pubblicazione sulle ville venete del Palladio.
Successivamente si trasferisce a Milano dove cura la parte fotografica di Quattroruote
per l'Editoriale Domus. Quindi passa alla pubblicità lavorando per le principali agenzie internazionali.
Quando nasce Mulino Bianco segue la realizzazione fotografica della campagna pubblicitaria del
prodotto per anni,mentre si specializza professionalmente nel food.
Tra i vari clienti lavora anche per Barilla, Unilever, Nestlè, Esselunga, Conad, Compaq, Palmolive,
Saiwa, St. Gobain, Ferrero, Nabisco...


Roberto Dri began his history of photographer at the age of 15 in Venice, his birhplace.
Three years later he has worked for the Superintendence of Monuments and published a photobook
on the Venetian Villas of Palladio.
He moved to Milan where he started his collaboration with an important magazine (cars and motors)
and with advertising and communiction agencies such as Young&Rubicam, McCann, Ogilvy; Lintas.
He decided to expand his activity by opening a studio in Barcelona (Spain) where he carried
out important photographic advertising campaigns.
In Italy Barilla, the major food industry of the country, selected him in the launch of Mulino Bianco,
one of the most relevant marketing successes of the past years. Roberto Dri portraied Mulino Bianco's products in hundreds of his pictures. It is this occasion that he has become specialized in food
photography and still life.
Among his clients are: Barilla, Unilever; Nestlé, Compaq, Motta, Palmolive, Saiwa, St. Gobain,
McCain, Ferrero, Masterfood, Nabisco.
